Merchandize

We do NOT accept returns or refunds EXCEPT if it’s due to quality issue.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 21 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please email the problem report to chetztogom@gmail.com. Include the order number, the quality issue in details and also attached the relevant photos.

1-on-1 Virtual Training

All payments must be made before the start of the first session.

If you purchased the 3 or 5 sessions package and would like to receive a refund, you may do so prior to your first session by notifying Chetz via email.

Full refunds for 1 session may be requested prior to your lesson by notifying Chetz via email.

If a lesson is canceled by Chetz and cannot be rescheduled, Chetz will refund the full amount of the canceled lesson or lessons.

Refunds cannot be issued after a session has occurred.

All Online Courses

You can ask for a full refund within the first 14 days of purchase by notifying Chetz via email.

Digital Download & Monthly Membership Subscription

No refund.
